1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of DropLink's instant checkout platform. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
To use DropLink, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have legal capacity to enter binding contracts
- Provide accurate registration information
- Maintain security of your account credentials
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
3. Seller Obligations
Product Listings:
- Provide accurate descriptions and pricing
- Use genuine product images
- Clearly state product type (physical/digital)
- Specify shipping costs for physical products
Prohibited Products:
- Illegal goods, counterfeit items, weapons, drugs, adult content
- Items violating intellectual property rights
Order Fulfillment:
- Ship physical products within 2 business days
- Deliver digital products immediately after payment
- Provide tracking information for shipments
- Respond to buyer inquiries within 24 hours
4. Payment Terms
Platform Fees:
- First 25 Transactions: Only ₹0.25 platform fee (0% service charge) 🎉
- FREE Tier (after 25): 0.25% service charge + ₹0.25 platform fee
- PRO Tier: Only ₹0.25 platform fee (0% service charge forever) - ₹249/month or ₹2,490/year
Fee Breakdown:
- Platform Fee: ₹0.25 per transaction (covers infrastructure costs)
- Service Charge: 0.25% for FREE tier after 50 transactions, 0% for PRO tier
Physical Products:
- FREE Tier: Unlimited physical products with your own Shiprocket account
- PRO Tier: 1 physical product order using platform Shiprocket account
- Digital Products: Unlimited on both tiers
Payouts:
- Digital Products: Instant payout after payment
- Physical Products: Payout 7 days after delivery
- Minimum payout threshold: ₹100
- Transferred via Razorpay Route to registered bank account
5. Refunds and Disputes
- Buyers can request refunds within 7 days for physical products
- Digital products: No refunds unless defective
- Disputes resolved within 14 business days
- DropLink reserves the right to make final decisions

6. Prohibited Conduct
You may NOT:
- Violate laws or regulations
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Engage in fraudulent practices
- Create fake accounts or reviews
- Spam or harass other users
- Attempt to hack or disrupt our Services
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- DropLink is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Total liability limited to fees paid in past 12 months
- Not responsible for third-party services
- Sellers solely responsible for their products
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka. Disputes resolved through binding arbitration per Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
